I know I’m not the only person who made new years resolutions. My resolution was probably the same as half the planet: a healthy lifestyle.
What does this mean?
To me a healthy lifestyle is healthy eating, going to the gym, mental & spiritual health.
I am 21 and I feel like it’s time to get my life and priorities straight. Looking in the mirror and being proud of how I look and feeling healthy and strong.
Some of you might know I am in my second year of college. I love college and living alone but it really made me change a lot. Being on your own really teaches you so much about yourself. I learned that it was really hard to only focus on school and not do anything else. I needed something to keep me going. For me the first step was to join a church community and become an overall better person. (More on this in future posts). After doing this something still wasn’t right.
Spiritually I was doing pretty well but physically I was in the worst shape of my life. And this was taking a toll on my confidence.
I decided it was time to do something about it!
You might be wondering what this has to do with you. Instead of me keeping this journey to myself I decided to take you along with me. I’m not only challenging myself, but I’m also challenging YOU. This year its time to become better versions of yourself!
